Jon D. Pool, CPA
Graduated from Emporia
High School and Emporia State University. He has been a practicing accountant
since 1985 with memberships in both the KSCPA and AICPA. He is a member
of the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce and its Leadership class of 1997.
Jon is actively involved in the Emporia Country Club as Treasurer, and
many charitable organizations. He attends Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Jon and his wife, Nancy, have one son and two daughters. He is currently
one of the three shareholders of the firm.

Timothy L. Wright, CPA
A practicing accountant
since 1984, Tim graduated from Emporia High School and Magna Cum Laude
from Emporia State University. He holds memberships in both the KSCPA
and AICPA. Tim is currently Treasurer of Twelfth Avenue Baptist Church
and the Flint Hills Girl Scout Council Foundation, and volunteers with
the international student ministry at his church. He is a former Treasurer
of the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce, Emporia Community Foundation,
and Emporia Masonic Lodge. He has volunteered with the Boy Scouts, Girl
Scouts, and many other charitable organizations in the area. Tim and his
wife, Kristi, have two sons and two daughters. Tim enjoys golf, racquetball,
music, friendships with international students, and camping with his family.
He is currently one of the three shareholders of the firm.

Janis L. Meyer, CPA
Graduated from Emporia
High School and Cum Laude from Emporia State University. Janis has been
a practicing accountant since 1996 with memberships in both the KSCPA
and AICPA. She is currently serving on the finance committee for the Emporia
Area Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the 2001 Leadership class
of the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce. Janis also serves on the board
of directors for the Granada Theatre. She is a member of the American
Business Women's Association. Janis has two sons and two step-daughters.
Janis and her husband, Keith, enjoy movies, plays, and the outdoors. She
is currently one of the three shareholders of the firm.

Lorinda R. Duncan, CPA
Graduated from Spring
Hill High School and graduated Cum Laude from Emporia State University.
She has been a practicing accountant since 1994, with memberships in the
KSCPA and AICPA. Lorinda is active in the United Way, serving as Treasurer
for three years. She is also Treasurer of Sacred Heart School PTO and
a member of the School Council at Sacred Heart. Lorinda has two young
daughters who are active in dance and basketball.

Alicia R. Redeker, CPA
Emporia High School graduate
and Magna Cum Laude graduate of Emporia State University in May, 2000,
Alicia also earned her MBA in 2001. She has been a practicing accountant
since 2000 and has memberships in both the KSCPA and AICPA. She was also
a graduate of the 2009 Leadership class of the Emporia Area Chamber of
Commerce. Alicia's husband, Ryan, is employed by Modern Air Conditioning.
They have two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Nicole Mortensen, Staff Accountant
Nicole graduated from
Beatrice High School in southeast Nebraska, Summa Cum Laude from Northwest
Missouri State University with a B.S. in Public Accounting, and from Emporia
State University with an MBA with an emphasis in accounting. Practicing
accounting since 2002, she is currently in the process of completing the
CPA exam. She is the Treasurer for the Emporia Area Habitat for Humanity,
a member of the 20th Leadership Emporia class, an Emporia Area Chamber
of Commerce Ambassador, and a member of the Young Emporia Professionals.
Nicole also serves on the Women's Symposium and Leadership Emporia committees
of the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys walks with her dog,
Meg, reading, and the outdoors.

Bryon T. Rosine, CPA
After graduating from Lebo High School, Bryon graduated Summa Cum Laude
from Washburn University. He has been a practicing accountant since 2006
with memberships in both the KSCPA and AICPA. Bryon joined the firm in
December, 2008 after working at KPMG, LLP in Kansas City. He serves on
the Deacon Board at the Lebo Baptist Church and is also a board member
on the Coffey County Zoning and Planning Board. Bryon enjoys spending
time with friends and family and looks forward to becoming more active
in area organizations.

Lori B. Cuellar, CPA
Graduated from Robert E. Lee
High School in San Antonio, TX and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hardin
Simmons University in Abilene, TX. She has held a Texas CPA license since
1986, received a Kansas CPA license in 2008, and holds memberships in
the KSCPA and AICPA. She lived in Madrid, Spain for a year and received
a diploma for the "Curso de Estudios Hispanicos" at Universidad
Complutense. Lori is fluent in Spanish. She has two sons and enjoys attending
their sports activities, orchestra concerts, and theater productions.
Lori also enjoys volunteering at her church and scrapbooking.

Tara Miller, Staff Accountant
After graduating from Blue Valley
High School in Overland Park, Tara graduated Cum Laude from Emporia State
University in May, 2009. She is currently finishing requirements to begin
preparation to sit for the CPA exam. Tara enjoys running, music, reading,
watching and playing sports and spending time with her family. She is
excited about becoming more involved in the Emporia community.
